Problem with Woocommerce subscription

Hi,
there seems to be a conflict with the theme and the prorate feature in Woocommerce subscriptions. apprently the ajax calls are blocking this functionality, We tried with the storefront theme and it worked perfectly. How can we disable the ajax on a specific (or grouped) product?

Thank you for the response. The thing you are asking is complicated.
I will send some login credentials to our staging site. Simply change the theme to storefront and try to upgrade from the $25 package to the $35 package, see that it works perfectly. Then change back to Woodmart and notice the issue when trying to downgrade or upgrade prorated.

I cannot log in to check on the WoodMart. I am afraid WoodMart is not compatible with the plugin.
Pelase contacts the plugin support and try to get any suggestions or consider using another plugin.

I don’t understand what you mean by you can’t log in, are the login credentials I sent not working?
As far as compatibility, we only want to disable the ajax add to cart feature, either completely or from Specific products..everything else works fine.
When I disable the ajax add to cart button, it still does ajax functionality to add products to the cart. This seems to be a theme issue.

We are now trying to add a product as on the shop page and on the product page and there is no AJAX.
