Problem with Woodmart Ajax Tab products

    Hi,

    I have a problem with the ajax tab products. I have set the query to ‘List with ID’s’, but I can’t fill in any ID’s. So how can I choose the ID list now? Not a single option I can find…

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    The problem remains, but I can’t set off the plugins on this website. But I have two other websites with the Woodmart Theme and on both websites the problem is the same. I just can’t fill in the list with ID’s.

    I think the problem is with the theme, not with any plugins because there are totally different plugins on the other two websites.

    What can we still do now? Because the problem is on 3 websites.

    This is a nearly identical issue to the problem I am having with Woodmart Ajax Tabs, but I was told that it’s a compatibility issue with the latest Elementor Pro and will be fixed in the Woodmart 6.3 release.

    So, Elise, which is it? You are telling ImproveDesign to troubleshoot as though it’s a mysterious plugin conflict, but you’re telling me it’s a known issue with Woodmart that is specific to Elementor Pro.

    This is a major failure that is having real impacts on users. My site depends on these Ajax tabs working, and nobody can tell me when or even if it will be fixed. I’m certainly losing confidence that it will be done any time soon.

    , I’m beginning the process of migrating to a new theme and I recommend you (and anyone else) do the same. This is nonsense and we’re clearly not getting a straight story from XTemos.

    Our developers are working on fixing incompatibility with Elementor Pro and a new release would be launched by the end of the month.

    if you have other third parties plugins they can also influence and you would better deactivate them all and check.

    Where do I have to replace them? And both Elementor.php and theme.php? I can’t find them in my File manager.
