PROBLEM WITH WPBAKERY

    Hi!
    I needed change the domanain of my site and now I have some problem with the WPBakery Page Builder. The Backend and Frontend page editor doesn’t work. Can u help me?

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    Hello!

    Of course. All plugins that not related to your theme are disable. The admin access is in private content.
    I need to launch this site today 🙁

    Yes, its work now, but some features as icons and titles doesn’t work yet. Can u help me with this issue?

    And the header builder doesn’t work so the mobile header doesn’t work too 🙁

    Also, please, disable all external plugins.

    As you can see, in the first screenshot everything is ok, the images are with the titles, but in the second screenshot the titles are missing and I dont know why, all external plugins are desactivated already. This is the main problem, the other issues are about de icons like the icons of social media that aren’t appearing and the mobile header that I mentioned before. Help me please 🙁

    I guess the second screenshot was missing on the last submit, so I’m sending here for warranty.

    Maybe they were broken during the transfer. In such situation we suggest you to copy all the files again and be sure that they are not broken during the transfer. Or you can reinstall all plugins and theme from scratch.
