problème with the editior

hi,
since i made the last wordpress update, my website is giving bad effect. it seem there is a problème with the js_composer cause i cant use it any more.
is there anyway to have some help please. i had to put the web site shop in maintenance.

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Please Go to Theme Settings >> General. And make sure that the correct browser is selected from there. Then Clear cache and check back.

yes that is what i did. but it only repair the proble on the web site. but if you go tho the back office, i cant use the bultder any more. we can’y not even put an produce in the woocommerce any more. do yu nee the backoffice access?

ad a product or modifie the home page is not possible any more.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme. Then clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then provide admin panel login details of the website with the permission to debug the issue then we will troubleshoot with theme plugins.

but i’m having a problem with my ssl security because of this link for your website:

how can i replace this link to avoid the ssl open lock. as you can see there is no “s” at the end of the http.
i would like to havbe a bg image direcly from my web site. where can i modefy it please.

This image you mentioned is used as one of the backgrounds of the sections. Please edit the homepage and remove any background image used as the section background then clear cache and check back.
