doruParticipantHello,
I’ve updated the Woodmart core plugin to the last version (1.0.31) and all the attribute filtering widgets have disappeared. This is very frustrating! More over, the html blocks are not displayed anymore on certain pages. We urgently need to fix this problem or rollback to the previous version.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
Please restore the site from the backup and insert the credentials into the Private content below the message area.
Please provide the page URL and blocks that disappear after the update, we will check the settings and try to update to reproduce and fix the issue.
Best Regards

doruParticipantHello,
The problem with the lost html blocks is solved, when I updated the plugin it was automatically deactivated. I activated it and the blocks are in their place now.
But the first problem with the disappeared filtering widgets is not solved. I tried to add them again but the Scroll for filters widgets does not work anymore and I cannot limit the height for the widgets with many attribute values.
And there is one more problem with the product count label of the cart. For not logged in users the count is not accurate after adding a product in the cart – it shows either 1 or 0 or 2 when navigating on different pages. I deactivated the cache plugin (Wp Rocket) thinking it might be the problem but it hasn’t solved it. I don’t know if it was caused after the last update or before, I’ve just noticed now.
Thank you.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please install free Classic widget plugin, switch to the parent theme, and deactivate the plugins except:
Slider Revolution
Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVGAdd the widgets and check if they remain.
Best Regards

doruParticipantHello,
The widgets remain if I add them, the problem is they suddenly didn’t show up, most probably after the the last Woodmart Core update, and this was not normal. Now if I add them they are visible, but the option “Scroll for filters widgets” in the theme settings doesn’t work anymore, irrespective the height I adjust.
I deactivated all the plugins but it didn’t help.
How can this issue be fixed? Some of the filters have tens of attributes and I need to limit the height of the widgets like before.
Thank you.

doruParticipantHello,
Sorry, I did it but it didn’t help.
What else?

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please, update your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.
Best Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
This is how I see your shop page with the filters in the sidebar: https://gyazo.com/3f9b7dcd57aeb7e67b8d5b6c3d4ddd90
I deactivated plugins and switched to the parent theme and se the same: https://gyazo.com/b505ce5f88fe4dc574d958ed2d71cf36
The parent theme is now updated. I have activated all back and I see filters, I try filter they work. Please describe the steps on how I can reproduce the problem.
Best Regards

doruParticipantHello!
The problem is I cannot adjust the height of the filters widgets, see the image attached. There is in option in the theme settings called “Scroll for filters widgets”, where you can adjust the height for filters widgets – this doesn’t work anymore!! It worked before, but not now after the last updates.
Please investigate further.
Thank you.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You are showing the default Woocommerce widgets, the scroll is not applied to them. You need to add WoodMart attribute filters – WOODMART WooCommerce Layered Nav as shown: https://gyazo.com/592dfc9cacd54ffed5ab2ca9c7d09322
Please replace the filters with the proper widgets and check how it works.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
