problems after upload !! :(

1) change text color and size !

2) footer widgets disappears !!! 🙁

I update for some reasons you tell me update and they will solve! no one from them have been solved !

1 ) phrase “my account” when i choose wish list in my account page

2) “quick view” phrase

3) with ajax after i chose click add to cart the translated disappears

please ! don’t tell me to check files to translate or send me a video or tell me to click “sync” !!

We just clicked on “Sync” button and all translations are there now. You just need to go to Loco Translate and translate them all.

The problem with widgets may occur when you switch between themes in Appearance -> Themes is that widgets may lose their positions. It is a WordPress behavior and we are not able to fix this in our theme scope. Now, you need to go to Appearance -> Widgets and move all widgets to appropriate positions.
As a workaround, you can backup your widgets configurations using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-importer-exporter/

1) i can’t find all my previous widgets, i have full website backup, there is a file can i upload and replace to restore my widgets ? for example i have an important text in footer widget and i can’t find it ! :/

2) there is a changes in text color and size after i install the update of the theme, like the orange text not me who put this color, this color appears after the update, and there is also a changes in the size of some text.

3) i have some problem in translate as shown in pictures:
1. please make my steps below to see how the translates disappears !
2. where can i find these phrases to translate? – they are in quick view pop up

2. this is for “Redux Framework” plugin which come with your theme and when i update this “Sample options” appears in my dashboard, not me how add this

4- after upload theme, look to these they are not in the center

5- the images here disappears i add new image gallery also the same thing

6- i cant upload new file or image, when i upload a new image it not appears ! plz if you dont get mu issue try to upload image for example

2. By default, the plugin doesn’t show them so they are activated with some external plugin or with extra PHP code added. Try to disable all external plugins that are not related to our theme and check again.

what was the problem for the photos in gallery? because i tried to add another gallery and i have the same problem, i want to know what was the problem ? because if i want to add one in future?

We didn’t touch anything related to your gallery. We don’t know why it didn’t work before.

and how it works? i need to know because if i want to add another gallery in home page it is not work
there is a problems in “Image Gallery” in elements. that i cant make it loop, when i make it loop another photo opens i don’t know why and if i did not make it loop as you see there is a big empty space in the first and at the end of the slider

Yes, loop option doesn’t work with the lightbox option together. The loop creates duplicate images for this effect and lightbox doesn’t work correctly. You can’t use these options together.

oh okay ! i understand one of three problems i have, okay we solved “other photo opens” and know i asked about why the photos don’t appear you solved this problem i don’t know how ! and know i need to add another gallery at homepage and it is not work ! also as i said there is a space when w stop the loop ! please read the above conversation !!

It is really hard to understand what the problem you have when we can’t see your website. It is under maintenance mode and the password you sent is not working now. Could you please give us your website access first?

Yes, you are right. This WPBakery element seems to be not compatible with our Lazy Loading functionality. We will try to fix it in our next theme update. As for now, we suggest you to use our theme’s element as a more stable one.
