    Hi, after the update I am facing problems on my frontend. All symbols are gone and have been replaced by squares! This on all pages.

    Oh and additionally after updating the theme my page wouldn’t show properly on tablet and cell phones. I did empty caches but still a mess.

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and update the site admin access to the private area.

    Hi, not sure if anybody is wirking on my issue, but my site really is messed up now. this keeps on going since your update. I deactivated everything as you have asked for above and thats what my page looks like right now plus the symbols are still screwed up.

    I have disabled all plugins for over a day…. I can not do that again for hours since I do not know when you will be working on it. We have laws that have to be fullfiled – therefore I was asked to provide you with login yesterday already

    Had to activate al relevant plugins again since nothing is happening! I really would be happy if the problem could be fixed. Everything fas fine before your update… The site is not working properly for the past two days. Sorry but frustrating since one has to wait for days and you got an admin log in yesterday already. So will this problem be fixed?I did everything I was asked for but I can’t deactivate important plugins for days since I am running an online shop….

    Hello! Is anybody there who will solve the problem. I am really surprised about this by now. I have giving you access to my admin area, I did everything I was asked for, but I am sure you know better than me that deactivating all plugins not related to your theme can’t work for two days. I have an online shop and your theme only does not work…..I really don’t know what else to say… its been two days and nobody has solved the problem wjhich occured after your update….

    And here we go again! Same problems. Symbols are not showing! I did everything you have asked for. I deactivated everything that is not related to your theme. I changed admin log in. Worked for like 20 minutes and now it is screwed up again. This obviously is related to your update. Please send me detailed information so this can be FINALLY fixed. This really is taking up days and causing major problems to my shop.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay. We see that you are using some optimizations plugins that change the way CSS is loaded on your website and may cause such problems. Also, some CSS files are missed because of this https://gyazo.com/5dfc7d56f92970a6abb7dabdbe9373eb
    That is why we ask you to disable them first and then check how it works. Or allow us to do this on your website.
