Problems loading demo content

    Hello, while importing the ‘Main’ demo, it hangs at 15%, I checked in the c panel, the memory is high, I got the error: The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    Looks like you have some broken files in the theme. Please download the latest version from your account on ThemeForest and reinstall the theme, replacing all the files via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new. Then try to run the import again and let us know if it works.

    I installed the newly downloaded theme file and replaced the old one with the new one and the demo was installed without any problems.

    Hello,

    As we can see, your purchase code is already activated. If you want to activate it again, you need to remove all the activations in your account first. You can do this on this page https://xtemos.com/my-account/
    After this, you will be able to activate the theme with your purchase code without any issues. Note that you can activate it twice: one on your development website and one on the production.
