problems on the checkout page

Good morning, I am having two problems on the checkout page. One is that I want to remove the express checkout button from the top of the checkout page, but keep it as a payment option, and that’s where I want the icon to appear. How can I change it?

Another problem is that if I am on the checkout page, I do not make the payment and I fly to the cart I get a message that says that there is no stock but if I would allow me to buy it, I should not put this message because if there is stock if you do not buy the product.

1. Enable the default template of the Checkout page from the theme by removing all Gutenberg blocks – https://prnt.sc/GGfiaBEFjKJE and defining the “[woocommerce_checkout] ” shortcode instead: https://monosnap.com/file/S6fVgc2RnRSCPUBQVXRBKzSJRSenHG

2. Could you please check how it works with the default WordPress theme like WooCommerce Storefront to understand whether it is our theme issue?
