WordPress doesn’t support very old browsers, you can get acquainted with that info here: https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/best-practices/browser-support/
It supports only the last 2 versions of the browser. The currently available version of Safari is 18.1: https://take.ms/erVKZ, which means that the 13.1.2 version is not supported by WordPress.
As for the Slider Revolution in the 17.1 version, check how that slider works on the default theme with the same 17.1 version, and let me know the result.
