Problems with creating a menu

Why do I not have the entire list of menu items on the site and there are not enough attributes in the menu?
On another site, where the content of the menu is installed by the lady, it looks different to me

This is WordPress functionality and has no theme influences. The theme just shows what has been created. Please check the Screen options in the top right corner.
