Problems with Elementor Motion Effects – they do not work

Hello I have a problem with Motion Effects from Elementor. All animated content like animated headers are not animated. In the builder they still work but as soon as I logout and load the website the content doesn’t animate or disappears.

I have deactivated all plugins. No change. Only when I changed the theme to a general wordpress theme the animation worked.

Can you help me further, since the assumption suggests that the Woodwart theme is the problem.
