Problems with Favicon and Text appeared on the top left corner

Problem 1: When i set image for favicon it only appears on the admin panel tab and not on the website tab.
Problem 2: Text “logicbg” appears over the logo on the top left corner.

1. Could you please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Because the Favicon is wordpress functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.
2. Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then check back. If the issue continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide the admin panel login details of the website.
