Problems with icons in Basel

Hi there,

i want to start that mail saying that your template is great! I am very satisfied about it.

I have only a little problem with icons… they simply don’t appears!

Could you help me to solve that issue please?

You need to add a widget or shortcode.

Configure your [social_buttons] shortcode. You can leave field empty to remove particular link. Note that there are two types of social buttons. First one is SHARE buttons [social_buttons type="share"]. It displays icons that share your page in social media. And the second one is FOLLOW buttons [social_buttons type="follow"]. Simply displays links to your social profiles. You can configure both types here.

Besides you can insert Social button element from WP bakery page builder.

Please provide the page URL where you have added the icons, how did you add them?

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

Please update WP bakery page builder.

1. Make the full backup of your site.

2. Deactivate and delete the current version.

3. Upload the new version from your portfolio on this forum.

4. Upload and install.
