Hi, we’re having a lot of problems with Meta event tracking with your theme. From Meta’s events manager, we see a lot of server-side ATC events, and we’re certain they’re fake. We use Pixel Your Site for tracking and the “When to fire add to cart event was in WooCommerce hooks” setting, but to limit the damage, we had to set the “on button class” to “On button class,” but we’re certain this isn’t allowing all events to be tracked. We’ve also disabled AJAX on the add to cart, and in our case, we prefer the user to go directly to the cart after clicking the button. We don’t know how to fix this; do you have any ideas?

    Hello,

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?

Hi, unfortunately I can’t change the theme because the pixel is installed on the production version.

    Hello,

I understand — switching the theme on a live production site isn’t possible.

In this case, the best alternative is to create a temporary staging site where you can safely switch to the default Storefront or TwentyTwenty theme just for testing.

This will not affect your live website or pixel tracking on the production domain.

The article below will help you to create it: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-staging-environment-for-a-wordpress-site/

    Best Regards,
