Problems with orders

Hi guys, I’m using your theme for my business website, but I noticed something unusual, and that is that some orders, not all, are not generated.

The customer receives the order confirmation email, but the order is never shown in the orders. (The payment is also successful when checking with the bank).

Can you please help me understand why this is happening and how to resolve it so that it stops happening.

Please make a full backup of your site and check how it works with the default WordPress theme like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not.
