Problems with payment proccessing after last update

    After the last update to 5.0.0
    Everything worked fine but now the final step of payment processing doesn’t work.
    1. Orders don’t move to “Processing” status.
    2. The user isn’t getting redirected to the “Thank You” page.
    What could be the reason?

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not? Our update has no relation to these problems.

    Well, it works perfectly on your previous version.
    Same system: 1- with woodmart 4.6.0. 2- with woodmart 5.0.0
    Working awesome on 1 and not working on 2.
    What else can it be?

    Please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not. Do this test on system 1 where you have this problem.

    If it doesn’t work with other themes as well then it is not related to our theme. Probably, you have some plugins conflict or misconfiguration of the WooCommerce plugin. Sorry, but we don’t have an instruction for this.

    We developed this custom payment gateway to work with your theme.
    It worked, and now it doesn’t.
    I don’t want to you the fix the payment plugin. But explain what has changed that might cause this problem.

    We would be glad to help, but we didn’t change anything related to checkout and payment systems. Moreover, we don’t have any functionality that somehow related to WooCommerce payments.
    Sorry, but we don’t know how the extension is developed and why it doesn’t work as expected.

    Well, you definitely changed something related to the object buffer which gets sent already. So the wp_redirect() function was not working, we had to clear the object buffer.

    If I’m paying for the support I expect you to be more professional than my developer about what changed in your updates.

    There are thousands of lines of code that changed in our update. It is physically impossible to write them all in the changelog. We just wrote general things about the changes. And as we said, we didn’t touch anything related to WooCommerce payments.
