Problems with popup display

Hello,

I have problems with popup,
It does not appear in mobile phones. Not at the beginning of entering the web or when activating it by clicking on the buttons I put to appear.

I have put a small form in the popup and I want it to appear when the user clicks on some buttons that I have installed to activate.

I have it set by default and the popup appears when you enter the web. This is how it appears when entering and the buttons work on the computer but the buttons do not appear or work on mobile.

How can I make it appear on mobile too?

I can make it only appear at
click on any button? and not that it appears when entering the web?

Can you check that please?

Promo popup does not have such an option, in this case, we recommend using Popup element for your purposes.
