Problems with popups

Hi,

I have some problems with popup, I try to configure them and call them but they don’t work.

Specifically I need these two popups.

I want a popup to appear when the user enters two pages of the boiler and the air conditioner and that it appears within 5 seconds.

I want a popup with a form to appear when the user clicks on the “we call you” buttons

Our theme provides two popup option: global, configured in the Theme Settings > Shop > promo popup, which is working for all the pages; and local called by a button, which can be added to a page individually by means of Popup element https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/shortcodes-2/
