balabalalouisParticipantHi there!
I have a discount on my website that says Buy two and get the second one half off. When I add a product and go to the cart page, the product’s price is displayed at half the original price, but when I click checkout and go to the appropriate page, the price is the normal price.
I have removed all the recently added plug-ins and cleared the cache, but the error persists.
Any idea what could be causing this and how to fix it? I’d appreciate any help you can offer!Attachments:

balabalalouisParticipantHi,
Please don’t delete my discount plugin as I’ve been using it for 6 months now. It should rule out this plugin.April 3, 2025 at 2:58 pm #651459
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
At the moment, I see that it works well now – https://prnt.sc/Cs7t0lf9IkYJ , https://prnt.sc/MF6QY1uLn_gZ
Please clarify how to replicate that issue.
Kind Regards

balabalalouisParticipantHi, the error is not on the initiating checkout page but on the cart page. You try to open the unmarked network, add an item to it, and view the cart.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
It looks like these https://prnt.sc/tzLePl8luJe9 plugins are causing that issue.
So please disable these plugins, clear the cache and recheck the issue.
Kind Regards

balabalalouisParticipantThis plugin is important to us, is it possible to keep the plugin and fix the current error?

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
The thing is that on the default WooCommerce Storefront theme, the same issue persists – https://prnt.sc/KL0UDh4pC1pV so this is not something caused by our theme, it seems that the issue is between WooCommerce and those plugins.
In this case, I suggest you contact the plugin developers for further solutions.
Kind Regards
