Problems with revolution slider

I have the problem that revolutions slider is causing problems on the website. I cant seem to update it either. When I activate it the plug-in tells me there is an update available but has no way of updating. From the plugin update page of the theme i cant seem to update is either.
Can you help me update the plug-in and solve this problem?

WPBakery Page Builder and Revolution slider come bundled with our theme but they can’t be activated with our purchase code. Actually, you don’t need to do this. Only in case you want to get free premium support from its author, you can purchase it from Codecanyon. But it is not necessary since we will always provide you with the latest updates.

So there is no update available for the plugin in the theme. But i still have the problem with revolution slider not working correctly. Could you take a look at this?

1. Please deactivate all the plugins and check the issue. If the problem remains, then
2. Export all your sliders http://prntscr.com/md7y9i delete the slider and then install and activate again in the Appearance > Install plugins
3. Upload your sliders and set the home page slider.
