    Hi, some of our clients inform us that they have problems when finalizing the product or using the coupons. I do not know if the problem can come from the database, from woocommerce, or from the template.

    The problems with which they have been found are the following:

    Hi,

    Since this functionality is a part of the WooCommerce plugin so it can’t be a problem in our theme. Try to reproduce this issue and check how it will work without installed plugins. There is also may be some problem in plugin’s configuration.

    Hello again, sorry but we were trying with another template and the mistake dissapear. We contacted with WordPress and woocommerce and they said that the problem is probably with the template, so we will need to changed it

    Hello,

    In this case, please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it. Also describe us the steps how to check it both with our theme and with default WordPress theme.

    Hi,

    We recorded the steps for make you easier to reproduce the problem, it doesn’t appears every time that you pick a product but it’s really annoying and confusing. Normally it happens when the customer is logged in

    Hi,

    We see that all plugins are still activated. Please, disable them and also be sure that you don’t have any cache enabled on your server.

    Hi, we have deactivated all the plugins instead of woocommerce, please can you acces to our website and make tests of the error? The cache are disabled too, please we don’t know what to do
