cesare.cantagalliParticipantHi. I have two problems with the “Main widget area” sidebar and wanted to see if they could be resolved.
Problem 1: Frontend, on test normal page: /accessibility-statement/
1. If in “woodmart > general settings” > sidebar position is right and “Off canvas sidebar for desktop” is off, it’s correct.
2. If in “woodmart > general settings” > sidebar position is right and “Off canvas sidebar for desktop” is on, the burger icon moves to the left (I haven’t checked this on mobile)
——————————–
Problem 2: Frontend, on test page with “elementor+geodirectory” template (Theme Builder>GD Single): /stays/united-kingdom/greater-london/london/apartment-in-london/, the “Main widget area” does not appear.
Note: On normal but rendered page: Dashboard > pages > GD Stay Details, Sidebar inherits. I tried changing the settings in “general” and “single page”, but the Main widget area does not appear. Please, is there any solution for problem 2? Thanks

01. I checked this behavior on a test site and can confirm that it is expected.
When “Off-canvas sidebar for desktop” is enabled, WoodMart hides the default sidebar and replaces it with an off-canvas sidebar toggle button. By design, this toggle (burger) icon is displayed on the left side of the content area.
When the option is disabled, the regular sidebar is displayed according to the selected sidebar position (left or right).
So what you are seeing is the intended behavior of the off-canvas sidebar feature rather than a theme issue.
02. I have checked your “GD Stay Details” page, and the main widget area sidebar is showing.
https://postimg.cc/xJN03mHFIf you have another page issue, share the page URL where the sidebar is not showing so I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards

cesare.cantagalliParticipantThanks for reply. “I have checked your “GD Stay Details” page, and the main widget area sidebar is showing”. Yes but not frontend . Thanks
June 5, 2026 at 10:21 am #720636Hello,
I checked the URL you shared and found that this page is being rendered using an Elementor Pro Theme Builder template (GD Single template). When a page is built entirely with an Elementor Theme Builder template, the theme’s default sidebar settings are not automatically applied.
Therefore, the Main Widget Area sidebar will not appear on the frontend unless it is explicitly added to the Elementor template. You need to add the sidebar widget in the layout manually to show the content.
Best Regards
