problems with the search and tags process

I have a problem with the search process
While typing the search item, several options appear in the drop-down list
But when I press the magnifying button in search: everything disappears

Another problem appears in the tag
I can’t choose the tag from products carousel for Example

Thanks for reaching to us and appreciate your patience.

I took a look at test webiste, you are using outdated theme version, please update WoodMart and WooMart Core plugin to the latest version and check again.

Then, you should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

I’m afraid the site will crash if I update

You can create a dev site and and check there. Staging platform – also called a dev site where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins thus such changes will affect the main site. The below article will help you to create it:
