Problems with translation

apeiron909ParticipantHello. I downloaded the Spanish .mo and .po files and placed them in the /wp-content/languages/themes/ directory
The translation went well for a while. However, the translations have been lost and although the files exist, they are not translated.I have tried using Loco translate and although it recognizes the files in Spanish, the template remains untranslated.
I have also tried deleting them and uploading them again. Without any effect.
I have also tried to create a translation from scratch with Loco, but adding a text string does not translate it either.What can happen?
I’m a bit desperate.

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
You can translate/rewrite all theme and plugin texts via PO file in WordPress. Here is a video tutorial that should help you translate your website texts with a Loco Translate plugin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls&list=PLMw6W4rAaOgKKv0oexGHzpWBg1imvrval&index=3
Please check the video tutorial to see how to save the translation file correctly. You can remove the plugin and translations would remain. Also, translations would remain after each theme update.
In order to translate the WooCommerce strings, you need to create a separate translation in Loco > Plugins > WooCommerce in the same way as shown in the video.

But I have already done all this, I even have 100% woocommerce in Spanish.
The issue is that the translations are not displayed after following your procedure that they have on your support page.

The transaltion does not show due to Contact form 7 content which conflicts with WordPress translation.
