Problems with translation through LocoTranslate

Hello, when I update the woodmart theme, all the translations made through the LocalTranslate disappear. How Can I fix it?

Theme translations would be lost when you update the theme. That’s why we always Recommend to take a complete backup of the website before updating the theme.

Have you made the full backup of the site? If yes, restore the site from the backup, move your translations to folder wp-content/languages/themes/

And then update the theme.
