Problems with upper and lower case letters in headings

Why does my website menu and some of the headings, which I have set to lowercase, automatically display uppercase letters?
Hello,
You can change the font by means of the Advanced typography option, which allows you to choose the item from a drop-down or insert your custom CSS class. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography.

What I mean is why are there all capital letters here? Even if I set it to lowercase, it still displays capital letters.

The menu bar is all in uppercase, how do I change it to all uppercase and then lowercase? Thanks
