They made a purchase that I see in the bank but I don’t see it on the website in the order area…

I need an urgent solution because I don’t know what they bought me.

Yes, he reviewed it and OK, but the problem is the credit card to pay and it is because of the complement that I have with them.
In the end I installed Woocomerce Payments and it was perfect, no problems.
