autopolishing7ParticipantHello,
I have the following issue with our website.
I have very big delay with opening the page of the website.
I have problem optimizing the WP rocket , Elementor , WoodMart theme. I can attache photos on the settings i have set for optimization on the three plugins. Photos from Elementor: Features: “Experiments and Features” ; WoodMart theme: Theme settings: “Performance”.
When we use : https://pagespeed.web.dev/ to detect the site speed, the resutls are significantly low, for the mobile version: Efficiency – 45, Accessibility: 91, Best practices: 100, SEO: 100.
Results for the desktop version: Efficiency – 65, Accessibility: 95, Best practices: 100, SEO: 100.Attachments:

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?

autopolishing7ParticipantI posted another topic about a similar problem, which is exactly the three sides: do you want access to the server or to WordPress?

autopolishing7ParticipantI am sending the data.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
With the enabled WP Rocket plugin the score at the moment is 88 – https://take.ms/XL4W6, also, to make it 88 I have disabled some 3rd party plugins that were shown in the Insights (I have enabled them back, just keep in mind that 3rd party plugins also affect the score).
Most likely the Serve static assets with an efficient cache policy issue took a lot of score down – You should cache immutable static assets for a long time, such as a year or longer, so you need to configure your server to return the Cache-Control HTTP response header:
For now, it’s adjusted for 30 days on your server. It should be 1year+ as in the example: https://developer.chrome.com/docs/lighthouse/performance/uses-long-cache-ttl/?utm_source=lighthouse&utm_medium=lr#how_to_cache_static_resources_using_http_caching
Kind Regards

autopolishing7Participantand right now the mobile is not working properly again, visually half of the things are not loading
November 25, 2024 at 4:11 pm #615620
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
I suggest the WP Rocket to use as it’s fully compatible with the theme. Clarify, visually half of the things work well with the WP Rocket? If so, the issue in the settings of the Lite Speed plugin.
Kind Regards

autopolishing7ParticipantTell me which add-ons you are removing and so on so I know where to fix the problem and where it comes from.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
I disabled these plugins – https://take.ms/f2n03 but I cannot say that all of them cause some issues, just for testing I have disabled them, on my side the score started to be 70 – https://take.ms/YY05j, before was 80+ because the “Reduce initial server response time” issue was not shown.
First, these 2 issues should be resolved :
Reduce initial server response time
– https://take.ms/lBNhp which takes around 2 seconds. May I enable the default theme to check how much time it takes there?Serve static assets with an efficient cache policy
– with the solution in the#615590
post, please apply the required settings in your server so we can solve those issues faster.Kind Regards
November 25, 2024 at 6:11 pm #615704
autopolishing7ParticipantI have contacted the server developers to correct your requirements. I await a response from them and will provide you with information as soon as I receive it.
November 25, 2024 at 6:14 pm #615710
autopolishing7ParticipantAlright, we allow you to proceed with the necessary tests. You can make changes and temporarily remove the theme if needed to test the server’s performance and identify the root cause of the issue. We are looking forward to the results of your tests.
November 25, 2024 at 6:46 pm #615726
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
As for the “Reduce initial server response time” issue, somehow the cache is not enabled for the Home page which is why there is such a response time – https://monosnap.com/file/5L78tZwGOIm0n0L1WKnJLd3dG5G4J1, https://take.ms/BIuMd when using a cache plugin there should not be such long response.
Please contact the WP Rocket support team and ask them to investigate it as it looks like the cache is not working.
Looking forward to collaborating with you!
Kind Regards

autopolishing7ParticipantHello XTemos Team,
Thank you for your assistance so far. I wanted to ask if it is okay to re-activate all the plugins on my website while we wait for feedback from the WP Rocket support team regarding the caching issue on the homepage.
Once we receive their response and any necessary changes are implemented, we will provide you with an update to ensure that everything functions correctly.
Please let us know if this approach is acceptable.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
