The information writted with Bakery builder was replaced with 3 lines like this |||. Could you help me?

This is the problem we have:
We have the website, and we restore a backup. In our site the description is not there, but in the restored site you can see it. Attached you can see it.

Could you please check how it works with the default wordpress theme.

Because the Description is woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.
