“Proceed with order” button doesn’t work

    Hi, the “proceed with order” button on the cart page has the link to the payment page (as shown in the photo) but when you click it it doesn’t take you anywhere, how do you solve it?

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?

    I think the problem is in the woodmart theme because it is the only one active.

    May be there is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    The problem is a shipping plugin called “Paccofacile.it for WooCommerce” but I need it to manage shipments and therefore must remain active, can’t it be solved in another way?

    If the issue is because of the 3rd party plugin, then please ask the plugin author support about this issue, they will check and guide you accordingly to solve this issue.

    As you know the Envato support policy that we only give our dedicated support for the theme related issues not for the 3rd party plugins configuration or conflicting issues.

    I hope you can understand our limitations and policy.
