Product 360 view spins

Hi, Support!

My ”Product 360 view ” is spins to fast. To solve this, i read this post (https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/360-product-view-speed/) and made the suggestion. I posted the code in my child theme’s functions.php but it didn’t work. I tried to increase the ”playSpeed” in this line: “playSpeed: 300,”. I changed it from 300 to 600 but it didn’t work either. How can i solve?

Plus: unlike the link suggestion I believe I have chosen a theme compatible with this element, as this element is native to tamplate. The only modification I made was to change the photos.

The fewer images you add the faster it rotates, please try to add much more images and check how it works.

If the problem persists,

Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

Do you have an object that has more than 20 images from all sides?

Five images are too few for the rotation, you would better use a gallery instead.

Dear support…
I just added new random images up to a total of 34 images and the problem persists. Could you help to solve this problem?
Other than that, in the theme i’m using, the same widget works with about 5/6 images normally…
