xinyao.limParticipantDear Support,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am currently working on a WooCommerce store using the Woodmart theme. I am facing an issue: the “Product add to cart” & “Product stock status” elements in the single product page layout cannot be displayed on the store’s front end. I’ve updated the theme, WooCommerce, and WordPress versions to the latest version, and only necessary plugins are activated. All the patchers are applied as well.
Could you please help to troubleshoot this issue or guide us on how to solve it?
Thank you for your assistance.
Best Regards,
Xin YaoAttachments:

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Send me the link to the product on which you do not see the “Add to cart” button and provide admin access via the private area so I can look closer at it.
Thank you in advance.
Kind Regards

xinyao.limParticipantHi Luke,
Thank you for the guidance! I turned off the ‘Enable catalog mode’ option and cleared the cache as suggested, and it resolved the issue perfectly. I appreciate your help!
However, I’m still encountering an issue with the product stock status not displaying on the product page. Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this?
Thanks and regards.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Enable the “Stock management” for the product – https://take.ms/bUzZ3 and then it will be shown on the product page – https://take.ms/RWJdd

xinyao.limParticipantHi Luke,
I would like to display the product stock status as “In Stock,” “Out of Stock,” or “On Backorder”—without showing the exact quantity available.
Could you recommend an alternative method to achieve this?
Thanks and regards.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
The quantity can be disabled via WooCommerce -> Products -> Inventory – https://take.ms/IppXW
In any case, in the variation settings, you need to set stock management to show that message – https://take.ms/LMUGZm and result – https://take.ms/lwPBb
Kind Regards
