Product addon price not adding to totals

Hi,

Im trying to use an product add on plugin for extra addons on product page

Price calculation seems ok on product page but total amt is not getting reflected on cart.checkout page.Plz suggest

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?
