Product archive – grid settings doesn’t apply

Hi,
Inside the theme settings, we have option to change the grid settings. When I fx selects specific number of “Products columns on desktop” to be 5 and not 3, then it doesn’t apply it on the product archive page.
I have checked the layouts for product archive and the settings out there is set to “Inherit from Theme Settings”.
