    Hello,

    In my shop, in the shop page, I have enabled image variation swatches and all colors look fine, except one. The term “Too Wool I Black” of the attribute “Color”.

    I have inserted all images in the terms of the “Color” attribute and made all the settings in the theme settings –> Shop –> Variable Products

    I have cleared all cache, I have disabled all plugins except for woodmart plugins and woocommerce.

    But the problem remains.

    I have created a user for you. Please check the attached photo in order to completely understand the problem.

    Hello,

    I have found that you are using the old version of the theme. Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 7.2.5 RELEASED” and update the required plugins and check the issue.

    hello again.

    the theme is fully activated with purchased license and for that reason I have acccess to Woodmart Support forum.

    It is updated to the last version and the problem remains the same.

    All color terms are working fine except for the on I mentioned in the previous comment.

    Please check again what I wrote you before and also the 2 new screenshots I attached.

    Please Recreate the Attribute and check the issue. If the issue remains deactivate the third party on your site and let me know i will complete testing on your site andn solve the issue on your site.

    I deleted and recreated the term and it fixed.

    Can you tell what is the problem? Because you understand that this cannot be done every time we create new products.
