    Hi,
    Sometimes I have a problem with the mobile category dropdown menu.
    Please see the pics.

    We just tested your website but weren’t able to reproduce the issue. Could you please clarify what steps we should take to see the problem?

    Thank you for the quick reply.
    I made a screen record.
    Open my site > click on a product > click breadcrumb > try to choose category

    Thank you for the video but we still can’t reproduce it on our mobile devices.
    As a workaround, try to use a different layout for the categories on mobile. You can find this option in Theme Settings -> Product archive -> Page title -> Mobile categories layout https://gyazo.com/f462c9f91940deba0f1e469467d4d3a6

    The error occurs on several phones, but not every time.
    I would like to use this accordion method, I like this better.

    We also tested on different mobile devices and never saw this issue. Could you please clarify your device name and browser version?

    We have fixed this issue on your website. Please clear the browser cache and test how it works. This issue will be fixed in our next theme update as well.

    I started the previous video with clearing.
    Ohh I see your video, but You wont click the categories.
    The problem is started than clicking the categories.
    Please chek my newest, longer video. Everytime I tryd to click somewhere.
    I click the category but the dropdown is closed and not opened the category > click products > click breadcumbs > the dropdown working again, trying many times choose the category, it works for a while. And a few clicks later, its wrong again.
    So I not only open and close dropdawn menu, i click every time on category.

    Could you please temporarily disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and test how it works? Keep them turned off so we can check without plugins as well.

    But I tried it without wprocket, redis, and security plugin, and the results are same.

    In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.

    Okay,
    I made the copy version, without plugins.
    Its running by on my home lab server.
    Now I haven’t seen problem.
    What do you think?
    (By the way, the productive site is on shared hosting.)

    It means that the problem is most likely caused either by some of the installed plugins or custom codes.
