Product Attributes Global Sort Setting

Is there a way to do a global sort setting for all the custom attributes and with the weight and size attribute?
This is not the sort order of the values of these attributes or dragging the sort order on a product level basis. But a global setting that gets applied to all products. Doing them individually on a product is too time consuming.
example: (sort these on the tab globally)
Product UPC
Brand
Size
Weight

Your question is not clear enough. Please describe the sorting way step by step.
As far as I understand you, you mean an attribute page, where all the products, using this attribute are displayed, but not sure, I have understood you properly.
Doing them individually on a product is too time
If you mean automatic adding attribute to the product by category or else, there is no option.
Please clarify.
