product background

Hi support,
I noticed that in one of your demo site, all the images have the same background colour. I tried to do the same, playing with the settings, but I get a different result. Attached you can see what I’d like to get and what I get and the settings used.

Hello,

Go to Theme Setting > Product Archive > Products Styles > enable the option product background. Set custom background color for products.

If you are editing the home page check the product grid carousel and ajax product tab element in the page builder from the product design option.

I setup yellow as product background, and I removed the element background setting in the home page. Now the product box is all white, and the yellow background is not set.
BTW, I use jpg … should I use png images? what’s wrong this time?

You have selected a yellow background for products. If you visit the shop page the yellow background color is showing.

For the home page Go to edit page with elementor > edit product grid or carousel > click on the style tab and in the product design set the background color.
