hi support, we have the products boxes that have different heights (see image attached).
The question is if there is a setting somewhere that forces all boxes to have the same height in the row adding some vertical space/padding to the boxes with a lower height …
PS: i do not want to change the existing settings for the product boxes, like force the product name in 1 row or similar …

It is an issue with your product title. Go to Theme Settings > Product Archives > Product Styles > Product title lines limit > Set the Product title lines limit.

in reality I already set the the Product title lines limit to 2 rows.
The problem is that both the product title and the producer have a length that is variable. Sometimes is 1 row, some other times is 2 rows or a combination of the 2.
That why I need that the height of the box is forced to the highest values in the page row adding some vertical spaces/padding
Your issue has been resolved. I have disabled the masonry grid from theme settings and enabled the option Even product grid from Theme Settings – > Product archives -> Products styles.
