Product cannot add video

I tried to add a product video in these 2 locations, but it never plays properly or even gets added successfully enough to be displayed.

Whenever I update, the settings here are lost.

Please don’t play the video by linking it, I tried to show it by uploading it, but could never save it.

Even if it’s saved, it’s lost if you open it again.

This registers me as a product and I can\’t display the video properly with the uploaded video, whereas I can display the video properly using the product you created.

I found the problem, when I add a video in product image it always fails to save, but when I add a video in product gallery he can become normal.

Please send:

– Recorded video of issues for better understanding.
– Temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password) to Private Content, the old one was incorrect.
