Go to pages -> edit page with Elementor -> edit products (grid or carousel) -> Layout tab -> select pagination arrows. If you select the carousel it will show like: https://ibb.co/CQnDBZh.
If you select the grid it shows like: https://ibb.co/0qZs1d9
