Product Categories Element Slider Do not Working On Mobile

Hi there,

Hope to find you well.

I am facing a strange problem on Mobile.

When i enter to the “shop” page or any other page which i display categories everything working fine.
BUT from there when i enter to a categorie and just go back to the shop, ( I press the back arrow of the mobile ) the Slider of the Product Categories Element does NOT working and i can’t even sroll it manually.
I must refresh the page to work again properly.

Please take a look from mobile to understand the problem which I explain.

The slider requires the whole page reload to be launched, which is why it is not good for this location.

You would better use the product category grid for this purpose.

Please provide IP address to allow. And from which Region you are trying to Login ( Asia , America e.t.c )

I have disable the security. And enable CDN region to work from Asia too.

Tell me if they can connect now.

But the think is i what that element to work ( carousel ) with out a page reload not the grid.

This problem is connected with the AJAX option enabled in the Theme Settings > Shop.

We shall consider improving this option in our nearest updates.
