Product Categories menu in the Shop page and categoeies pages

please please if anyone knows how to keep the top categories displayed on the shop page and categories pages no matter what categories you click on. when you click on any categories it loading only the products and keeps showing other things without loading like categories on the top page
like in this example https://woodmart.xtemos.com/product-category/clocks/
