Product categories module on Elementor breaks on mobile view

Hello,
the category element in Elementor is not responsive properly. It breaks on mobile and sometimes on tablet.

Every design layout version tends to have this issue. Please investigate this.

Another thing I noticed is that if I enable product count to show up then only some of categories have product count shown, and some have not.

I resolved it.
Fixed by deleting and recreating the same product categories.
I have no idea what caused the issue.

Or so I thought. Only the issue of product count not showing was resolved.
Still changing settings back and forth breaks basically everything.

Further investigation shows that:
Default category design works fine

Every other design:
– alternative
– center title
– replace title
Are all broken.

Please provide the valid credentials we can not log in.

Make the full backup of your site and confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

It might have been exactly that.
I thought I did a check with removing custom CSS before, but maybe refreshed page too early before changes have been saved on admin panel.

Nevertheless silly of me, sorry for your time, and thanks so much for the help. Only shows that theme is well coded, when issues are user error 🙂

I genuinely never had less issues with Themeforest theme than with Woodmart.

Second issue with item amount not showing up I will just fix by creating new categories and adding items again – which seems to work, so no overcomplicated fix is needed.
