Product Categories under Menus

If I look at my categories under the Product section of Woocommerce admin my categories and sub categories are structured correctly. Under the Menus Section when I attempt to add categories some of the categories and subcategories are together and some are all mixed up. Is there away to fix this to make adding categories to menus easier?

Under Products > Categories my categories display correctly. When you go to add categories to menus under Appearance > Menu they appear all mixed up. Is it possible to organize these to make adding to the menu easier?
