    Hello,

    We are using WooCommerce with WPML and 3 languages, and we are experiencing the following issues:

    When a product translation needs to be updated (WPML shows the “needs update” status), this product causes problems with filters on category pages.

    For example:
    We have 40 products from the brand “abc”.
    For 20 of these products, the translation needs to be updated.
    On the category page, the filters show only 20 products instead of all 40.

    The only temporary solution is to go to:
    WooCommerce → Status → Tools → “Regenerate the product attributes lookup table”.

    However, this fixes the issue only for a short time, and the problem returns later.

    Another question:
    If we need to update or add a category for a large number of products (for example, 1000 products), we can do this via “Products → All Products”.
    But how can we correctly update the translations for all these products after that?
    Is there a way to bulk update or synchronize translations in WPML for such cases?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately we cannot change the theme because after doing so the settings, layouts, and translations get messed up, and we have to spend hours fixing everything and searching for bugs.

    I will send the category page in two languages. Please check the number of products under the brand filter in each language (they are different). The English version shows the correct numbers.

    WooCommerce → Settings → Products → Advanced -> Enable table usage

    If I disable “Enable table usage”, everything starts working correctly, but the performance drops because I have over 8,000 products (around 2,700 per language). This needs to be fixed somehow.

    Hello,

    We understand your concern.

    If the issue disappears after switching from our theme to a default WordPress theme, we recommend creating a full backup of your website and then performing several tests (such as deactivating plugins and checking settings). Once testing is complete, you can restore the website from the backup.

    However, based on your description, the issue seems more like a possible conflict between WPML and WooCommerce. In this case, we also recommend contacting WPML support, as the problem may be related to their integration.

    Hello, are you currently doing something on our website? Suddenly all the plugins were activated, even those that had been disabled. After that, almost all plugins were deactivated, and only the main ones remained: WooCommerce, Elementor, and Woodmart Core?
