Product category and product page not showing full width

When i enter the product category or product page or footer, the page width won´t show at 100%. Please help.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.

I have cleared the cache and the problem still persist. The problem appears depending the browser.
Firefox not working.
Safari not working and some images are not appearing.
Chrome and Opera is working.
