I am using the product category element with the masonry option. As you can see, when you visit my site, the element with the class “wd-masonry” is set to 0px. When you resize the browser window, the height is set correctly. Please help.

At first it was working fine. I have a feeling, that the issue first appears after adding a template from XTemos (“features section”) to the page. But this can be coincidance.

    – Woodmart version 8.0.6
    – Elementor version 3.24.6 (cannot update, see this topic: https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/elementor-update-not-working/)

    Hello,

Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
    – WoodMart core
    – WooCommerce
    – Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder

    Thank you in advance.

I have deactivated all plugins, except for “Password Protected”, because the homepage should not be made public yet.

Please note that I have two other open topics and that several members of your support team may be working on the homepage.

Also, the Elementor update doesn’t really seem to be compatible if you are considering installing the update:

You can fix it by applying patch # 630350. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it works for you.

    Kind Regards

Thank you! This seems to fix it in the frontend, but not in the backend when editing the page with Elementor.

We will fix the backend part in our next theme update as well.
