Can you please confirm how to assign footer in all product category pages?

– You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

– I see you are using outdated WoodMart theme and WoodMart Core plugin, please create a dev site and update theme and core plugins to the latest version and let me know if it helps.

Are you saying that the footer issue is retaled to a plugin?

I still see you are using outdated theme version.

You can create a dev site, also called a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins thus such changes will affect the main site. The below article will help you to create it:

I also highly recommend you to take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

I have updated the theme, and enable/disable features/plugins.
The footer It doesn’t show on category pages, but show on product pages
